Short answers first. Open one for the full steps when you need the detail.

  • How fast do I get what I bought?

It depends on the offer, and the delivery is shown on it before you pay. Software (licence keys, launcher downloads, offsets, configs, firmware) and stock items such as keys and codes are delivered by AimJunkies the moment your payment confirms on the network (or straight away when you pay from your Wallet), with setup instructions on screen and in your dashboard. Anything a seller delivers by hand, such as in-game currency, a boost or a hand-delivered account, shows the delivery time the seller committed to, and shipped goods show a dispatch time.

  • What payment methods can I use?

Crypto, processed by NOWPayments: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin and the other coins NOWPayments offers at checkout. You can also top up your AimJunkies Wallet with crypto and pay from its balance, which skips the wait for network confirmations. Card payments are not available yet.

  • What is HWID locking and how do I reset it if I swap PC parts?

Your license binds to your PC hardware so nobody else can use your key. Swapped a part? The launcher carries the license over to your updated PC automatically. New PC? Reset it yourself from Dashboard › Purchases. Both count against one allowance set by your plan: 30-day keys get 1 reset every 30 days, 90-day keys 2 every 90 days, yearly keys 3 a year and lifetime keys 5 a year; 1-day and 7-day keys have no self-serve resets. A reset comes back once it is older than that period, two resets are at least 24 hours apart, and the page shows how many you have left and when the next one is due. Out of resets? Request one from the same page and the team handles it.

  • How are buyers protected?

AimJunkies holds your payment in escrow and pays the seller only after your order is delivered and the buyer-protection period for that item has passed. The period depends on the kind of item and is shown on the offer before you pay. If something is wrong, report it from the order in your dashboard before the period ends: our staff review it and a refund comes back from the held funds, not from a seller who has already cashed out. Refunds go to your AimJunkies Wallet.

  • What if my key is invalid or fails to activate?

Tell us as soon as you notice: open the order in your dashboard and report the problem there (if you cannot find it, open a Support Hub ticket). Software can be refunded in full until its first activation. Anything else is reviewed by our staff, who decide a full refund, a partial refund, or a release to the seller; refunds go to your Wallet.

  • How does the AimJunkies Wallet work?

Go to Dashboard › Wallet, choose Deposit and top up with crypto. Your balance does not expire, and paying from it completes checkout straight away, with no wait for network confirmations.

  • Can I share or resell my license key to a friend?

No. A license key binds to your PC and your account, so a shared key will not activate on another machine. If you want to sell keys yourself, apply to become a seller on AimJunkies.

  • What cut does AimJunkies take from sellers?

Sellers pay a commission on each completed sale, set by their seller tier: Free 10%, Starter 8%, Professional 6%, Established 4.5%, Enterprise Seller 3%, Elite Merchant 2.5%. AimJunkies Prime puts your organization on Elite Merchant, at 2.5%.

  • How do developers publish software and hook up key servers?

Create a product in the Developer Hub, upload each build to the Build Vault and publish it as a release (from the dashboard, or from your CI with an API key), then list it with offers that set the price, duration and delivery. For keys, upload pre-generated keys into an encrypted key pool, or connect your own key server: when an order is paid, AimJunkies calls your endpoint, authenticated with your secret, to issue a fresh key for that buyer.

  • How do I confirm that I received my order?

Once an item is delivered, check it and press Confirm received on the order, or in the order chat. If you do nothing, the item is confirmed automatically: 72 hours after delivery for most items, 72 hours after the scheduled session for coaching, and 7 days after arrival for shipped goods. Software access is confirmed on delivery. Confirming does not end your protection: the protection window starts from that moment.

  • How long does buyer protection last for each item?

Each kind of item has its own window, shown on the offer before you pay: NFA account 1 day, Steam key 3 days, gift card 4 days, Full Access account 14 days, gold and items 5 days, top-ups 7 days, boosting 7 days, coaching 7 days, DMA card 14 days. Courses and Discord VIP can be refunded within 3 days until you open them. Software (cheats, spoofers, firmware, offsets, configs) is refundable until its first activation or download, and time is added back to your access while a product is down. A seller may offer a longer window, never a shorter one.

  • How do I open a dispute?

Open the order and press Dispute, or use the button in the order chat, any time from delivery until the protection window ends. Say what is wrong and attach your evidence. The dispute stops every timer and keeps the payment held. The seller has 24 hours to answer in the order chat and can settle by agreeing a refund; if you cannot agree, an AimJunkies staff member reviews the chat and our records and decides: full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller. Refunds go to your Wallet.

  • What if the seller does not deliver on time?

Every offer a seller delivers shows a delivery time. If it passes without delivery, cancel the item from the order and you get a full refund to your Wallet, without needing the seller’s agreement. If the offer needs details from you (a player ID, a character name or a shipping address), the time counts from when you gave them.

  • When do sellers get paid, and what deadlines apply?

Each order line is paid out when it completes: delivered, received (confirmed, or auto-confirmed) and the offer type’s protection window over with no dispute. Software access completes on delivery and its earnings are held for 7 days. Top-ups keep 10% for a further 15 days. You commit to the delivery time you state on each offer: miss it and the buyer may cancel for a full refund. Orders you deliver yourself need the proof the offer type asks for, uploaded in the order chat, and a dispute must be answered within 24 hours.

  • Where do account details go in an order?

Only in the order’s secure field, never in a chat message. The seller writes the login and recovery details there and the buyer opens them from the order when ready. The field is encrypted, never shown in notifications, emails or Discord messages, and writing and opening it are recorded. Keep every deal in the order chat: anything agreed outside AimJunkies is not protected. See the Order Chat Rules.
