Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted and prohibited conduct across the marketplace, seller stores, developer APIs, and digital asset distribution channels.

Permitted Uses

Access to AimJunkies is granted strictly for legitimate digital commerce: authorized software license distribution, automated key generation via registered API keys, and customer support activities conducted in good faith.

Prohibited Content & Products

Sellers may not list, store, or distribute:

Malicious softwareRansomware, keyloggers, botnet controllers, or obfuscated payloads designed to compromise a target system.
Stolen accounts & credentialsCompromised database dumps, credential-stuffing lists, or hijacked streaming/gaming accounts.
Unauthorized pirated IPCracked commercial binaries the seller holds no distribution rights to.
Financial fraud exploitsCarding tools, fake identity generators, or fraudulent payment-gateway bypasses.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
  • Automated scraping of seller listings or catalog data.
  • Creating duplicate accounts to evade a suspension or abuse promotions.
  • Harassment, impersonation, or doxxing of other users in support channels or reviews.

API & Network Rate Limits

Developers using the AimJunkies REST API or WebSocket feeds must stay within their tier’s rate limits (100 req/min for Standard keys, 1,000 req/min for Enterprise Developer keys). Automated scraping or flooding traffic is blocked at the edge by our Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Enforcement & Penalties

Violations are enforced immediately
Confirmed violations result in immediate suspension of account privileges, an escrow wallet freeze, invalidation of issued developer keys, and — where applicable — a report to law enforcement.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a listing, seller, or user that violates this policy, report it so our trust & safety team can investigate.
