Seller & Vendor Agreement

To sell on AimJunkies you must hold a verified account in good standing, complete our seller onboarding review, and agree to both the platform Terms of Service and this Agreement. AimJunkies may decline or revoke seller status at its discretion.

Every listing must:

• Accurately describe the product, its functionality, and any hardware/OS requirements.
• Disclose license terms, duration, and HWID-lock or activation limits up front.
• Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy — no malicious code, stolen goods, or unauthorized redistribution of third-party IP.
• Be owned or properly licensed by the seller for resale.

AimJunkies charges a platform fee on each completed sale, deducted before payout:

Funds for a given order remain in escrow for 24 hours, or until the buyer’s warranty window closes per the Refund & Warranty Policy, before releasing to your payout balance.

By listing a product, you represent that it is original or properly licensed for resale, free of malware, and will function as described for the duration of the license offered. You are responsible for providing timely support for delivery and activation issues.

You must respond to buyer disputes within 24 hours. Unresolved disputes escalate to AimJunkies review and may result in a refund being issued from your payout balance. Repeated chargebacks or unresolved disputes affect your seller tier and standing.

You agree to indemnify and hold AimJunkies harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your listings, including intellectual property claims, product defects, or your breach of this Agreement.
