Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AimJunkies platform — including our website, REST APIs, WebSocket feeds, and seller dashboard — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business or developer organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

AimJunkies operates a marketplace where independent sellers offer software licenses and tools, game accounts, keys and gift cards, in-game currency and items, top-ups, services such as boosting and coaching, courses, and hardware such as DMA cards.

• Some items are delivered instantly; others are delivered by the seller within the time stated on the offer, or shipped.
• AimJunkies acts as an escrow intermediary, paying the seller only after delivery and the item’s protection window.
• Deals must be made and completed on AimJunkies, in the order chat; deals made elsewhere are not protected.
• AimJunkies is a marketplace operator, not the manufacturer of third-party seller products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and are strongly encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

We tell you about your orders on the site and by email. If you have linked a Discord account, we may also send order updates as a Discord direct message from the AimJunkies bot. You can turn the Discord messages off at any time in your notification settings; the site and email notices stay. These messages never contain the text of an order chat or any account details.

When you purchase a license key or digital download on AimJunkies:

Reselling, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or distributing license keys outside authorized AimJunkies channels is prohibited and may result in key revocation and account suspension.

AimJunkies accepts supported cryptocurrencies through our payment provider, and AimJunkies Wallet balances. Applicable processing fees are disclosed transparently at checkout before you confirm an order.

Your payment is held in escrow for each item in your order until the item is delivered, received, and its protection window has passed, as set out in the Buyer Protection & Refund Policy. Funds stay held while a dispute on that item is open. Refunds are made to your AimJunkies Wallet.

Sellers must ensure every listed product is original, free of malicious code, and functions as described. Payouts are released according to each seller’s tier schedule. Sellers operate under a separate Seller & Vendor Agreement, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

Users may not engage in fraudulent chargebacks, API rate abuse, automated scraping of listings, or trading in stolen account credentials. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in an immediate wallet freeze and permanent platform ban.

Anti-tamper protection and evidence. Our desktop launcher includes anti-tamper protection. You agree not to debug, decompile, reverse engineer, hook, or otherwise tamper with the launcher or protected products, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. When the launcher confirms a tampering attempt and you have consented to anti-tamper evidence collection, it will capture a single screenshot of your primary screen and send it, together with your account, device identifier, IP address and approximate location, to our security team, as described in the Privacy Policy. We use this evidence to investigate and act on suspected abuse, which may include suspending or terminating accounts or licences. Consent to anti-tamper evidence collection is required to run protected products in the launcher.

Member data in a Discord server’s verification log. If you run or staff a Discord server connected to AimJunkies, the verification log shows members’ approximate location and part of their IP address and, on a paid plan, their full IP address. You may use this information only to protect your server, such as spotting duplicate accounts, raids and ban evasion. You must not share, publish or sell it, keep copies outside the log, or use it to locate, track, harass or attack anyone. The server owner is responsible for how their staff use it. Misuse can lead to the feature being removed from the server and to suspension of the accounts involved.

Buyer protection covers items that are not delivered, not as described, or taken back within the item’s protection window. Disputes are opened from the order and decided by AimJunkies staff as a full refund, a partial refund, or a release to the seller. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; outstanding wallet balances are settled per our standard payout schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimJunkies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product downtime, third-party seller software performance, or actions taken by other users.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced in advance via email or an in-app notice; continued use of AimJunkies after that notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
