Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AimJunkies platform — including our website, REST APIs, WebSocket feeds, and seller dashboard — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business or developer organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

AimJunkies operates an automated digital goods exchange facilitating the purchase, key generation, and delivery of software licenses, tools, and other digital assets listed by independent sellers.

• All products are delivered digitally, immediately upon order confirmation.
• AimJunkies acts as an escrow intermediary, settling funds to the seller only after verified delivery.
• AimJunkies is a marketplace operator, not the manufacturer of third-party seller products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and are strongly encouraged to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

When you purchase a license key or digital download on AimJunkies:

Reselling, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or distributing license keys outside authorized AimJunkies channels is prohibited and may result in key revocation and account suspension.

AimJunkies accepts credit cards, supported crypto payment gateways, and internal AimJunkies Wallet balances. Applicable processing fees are disclosed transparently at checkout before you confirm an order.

Funds are held in escrow until license verification completes, or 24 hours elapse without a valid dispute, whichever comes first.

Sellers must ensure every listed product is original, free of malicious code, and functions as described. Payouts are released according to each seller’s tier schedule. Sellers operate under a separate Seller & Vendor Agreement, which these Terms incorporate by reference.

Users may not engage in fraudulent chargebacks, API rate abuse, automated scraping of listings, or trading in stolen account credentials. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in an immediate wallet freeze and permanent platform ban.

Our Buyer Protection guarantee applies if a delivered key is invalid, revoked, or non-functional upon initial delivery. See our dedicated Refund & Warranty Policy for eligibility rules and the claims process.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; outstanding wallet balances are settled per our standard payout schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimJunkies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product downtime, third-party seller software performance, or actions taken by other users.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced in advance via email or an in-app notice; continued use of AimJunkies after that notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
