Order Chat Rules

Six short rules for talking with a buyer or seller, so every deal stays protected.

Effective November 7, 2026Version 1.0
One chat per order
Secrets go in the secure field
Only on-site deals are protected
1

What the Chat Is For

Each order that needs people to meet up (in-game trades, boosting, coaching, hand-delivered accounts, top-ups, and shipped items) has its own chat between the buyer and the seller’s team. Use it to arrange delivery, share progress, upload proof, confirm receipt, or open a dispute. You can also message a seller from a listing before you buy; that conversation moves to the order if you purchase.

2

Keep It on AimJunkies

Off-platform deals lose protection
Don’t share or ask for Discord, Telegram, email, phone, or other contact details, and don’t pay or ask for payment outside AimJunkies. Messages that try to move a deal elsewhere are flagged for staff to review (see section 5). Anything agreed outside the order chat is not covered by escrow or buyer protection.

Telling each other an in-game name, server, or player ID needed for delivery is fine.

3

Account Details & Secrets

Logins and recovery details go only in the order’s secure field. The seller writes them there; the buyer opens them from the order when they are ready to use them. The field is encrypted, and it is never shown in notifications, emails or Discord messages. Writing to it and opening it are recorded with the time. Never post a password in a plain message or in a screenshot. AimJunkies staff will never ask for your password.

4

Conduct

  • Be respectful. No threats, harassment, or slurs.
  • No pressure to confirm receipt before an item has been delivered and checked.
  • No links to downloads, payment pages, or files outside AimJunkies.
  • Report anything suspicious with the Report button in the chat.
5

Reviews, Warnings & Strikes

Messages that look like they break these rules, and messages that someone reports, are put in a queue for AimJunkies staff. Staff read the message and decide one of three outcomes:

  • Dismissed: the message was fine, and nothing is recorded against you.
  • Warning: you are told what broke the rules. Nothing else happens.
  • Strike: a recorded strike on your account.

A strike counts for 90 days. With three strikes inside 90 days you can no longer send messages in order chats until one expires or staff lift it. You can still read your orders, confirm receipt, and open a dispute. A seller whose listing staff remove for breaking the rules receives a strike for it. Staff are not bound by this limit, and a strike can be lifted if it was a mistake: open a support ticket if you think it was.

6

Records, Notices & Staff Access

The chat is the record of your deal. AimJunkies staff can read it when a dispute is opened or a message is reported, and use it to decide the outcome. Once an order is completed, its chat becomes read-only. Order updates (a new message, a delivery, a dispute) reach you on the site and by email, and by a Discord direct message from the AimJunkies bot if you have linked Discord. These notices carry a title and a link only, never the text of a chat message or any secure-field content. You can turn the Discord messages off in your notification settings. Breaking these rules can lead to losing protection on the order and to the actions described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
