DMCA & Copyright Policy

AimJunkies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects sellers to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in a manner consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.

If you believe a listing, product, or piece of content on AimJunkies infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (Section 6) that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The URL or listing identifier of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported listing and notify the seller who posted it.

A seller who believes their listing was removed in error may submit a counter-notice containing their signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of the seller’s local federal court. Absent a court action from the original complainant, we may reinstate the material in 10–14 business days.

Sellers who receive multiple valid takedown notices will have their listings removed and their account suspended or permanently terminated, consistent with our Seller & Vendor Agreement.
