Buyer Protection & Refund Policy
How escrow protects every order, how long protection lasts for each kind of item, and how a dispute is decided.
- When you pay, AimJunkies holds the money; the seller is not paid yet.
- Each kind of item has its own protection window, shown on the offer before you pay.
- Open a dispute from the order at any time from delivery until the protection window ends; it keeps the payment held.
- Refunds are credited to your AimJunkies Wallet as soon as they are decided.
1How Your Payment Is Protected
When you pay, AimJunkies holds the money; the seller is not paid yet. Each item in your order moves through its own steps (paid, delivered, received, protection, completed), and the seller is paid only when the protection window for that item has ended without a dispute. You can follow every step on the order in your dashboard.
2Confirming Receipt
Once an item is delivered, check it and press Confirm received on the order, or in the order chat. If something is wrong, open a dispute instead.
If you do neither, the item is confirmed automatically 72 hours after delivery (72 hours after the scheduled session for coaching; 7 days after arrival for shipped goods). Confirming, or the automatic confirmation, does not end your protection: the protection window starts from that moment.
3Protection Windows
Each kind of item has its own protection window, shown on the offer before you pay. A seller may offer a longer window, never a shorter one. The window shown when you paid is the one that applies.
| Item | Auto-confirm | Protection after receipt |
|---|---|---|
| Cheats, spoofers, DMA firmware, offsets, configs | On delivery | See section 4 |
| Courses, Discord VIP | On delivery | 3 days, until opened |
| NFA account | 72 hours | 1 day |
| Steam key | 72 hours | 3 days |
| Gift card | 72 hours | 4 days |
| Full Access account | 72 hours | 14 days |
| Gold and items | 72 hours | 5 days |
| Top-up | 72 hours | 7 days |
| Boosting | 72 hours | 7 days |
| Coaching | 72 hours after the scheduled session | 7 days |
| DMA card (shipped) | 7 days after arrival | 14 days |
4Software & Access
Cheats, spoofers, DMA firmware, offsets and configs are delivered as access the moment you pay. You can get a full refund until the key is first activated, or the file first downloaded. After that the purchase is final, with one protection that lasts as long as your access:
Courses and Discord VIP access can be refunded within 3 days of purchase, as long as you have not opened them. A course counts as opened the first time you open one of its lessons; Discord VIP counts as opened when the VIP role is first given to you in the server. The refund goes to your AimJunkies Wallet and the VIP role is taken back. Once opened, the purchase is final, and access that has been refunded or has ended is removed.
5Late Delivery
Every offer delivered by the seller shows a delivery time. If that time passes without delivery, you can cancel the item from the order and get a full refund to your wallet; you do not need the seller’s agreement. If the offer needs details from you (a player ID, character name, or shipping address), the time counts from when you supplied them.
6Shipped Goods
DMA cards and other physical items are shipped by the seller to the address you give at checkout. The seller adds a tracking number when the item ships. Shipping costs are shown on the offer; import duties and taxes, where charged, are yours to pay.
- An item lost in transit, or not shipped within the stated time, is refunded in full.
- Automatic confirmation starts 7 days after the carrier shows the item delivered.
- An item that arrives dead, damaged, or not as described can be disputed within the 14-day window. If a return is needed, the seller pays its shipping, and your refund is issued once the return is tracked back to the seller.
7Opening a Dispute
Open a dispute from the order, or with the button in the order chat, at any time from delivery until the protection window ends. Say what is wrong and attach your evidence.
- The dispute stops every timer on the item and keeps the payment held.
- The seller has 24 hours to answer in the order chat, and can settle with you by agreeing a refund.
- If you cannot agree, an AimJunkies staff member joins the chat, reviews the whole history, and decides.
8What Evidence Counts
Staff decide on what can be checked. The strongest evidence is:
- Messages, screenshots and videos in the order chat, which keep their timestamps.
- Our system records: delivery and reveal times, key activations, launcher logs, and tracking events.
- Screenshots or video that show the problem together with the order’s own details (key, account, player ID).
Coaching sessions are not recorded. After a session the seller posts a short summary in the order chat, and a dispute about coaching is decided from the chat log.
Conversations and agreements outside AimJunkies, and edited or cropped images, carry little or no weight. Never send passwords as evidence; staff will never ask for them.
9Outcomes & Refunds
A dispute ends in one of three outcomes:
- Full refund of the item.
- Partial refund of a set amount, for example when part of a service was delivered.
- Release to the seller, when the item was delivered as described.
Refunds are credited to your AimJunkies Wallet as soon as they are decided, and can be spent right away. A replacement agreed with the seller in the chat ends the dispute without a refund.
10What Is Not Covered
- Deals, payments, or contact arranged outside AimJunkies, including through Discord or Telegram.
- Change of mind after a working item was delivered, revealed, activated or downloaded, or after a course lesson was opened or the Discord VIP role was given.
- An NFA account recovered by its original email owner after the 1-day protection window. If the seller recovers it themself, at any time, that is fraud and you are refunded in full.
- Hardware or OS incompatibility, where requirements were clearly stated on the offer.
- Bans or restrictions caused by your own use of a game or of software, against that game’s own terms.
- Problems reported after the protection window ended. The seller may still help, at their discretion.
See the Order Chat Rules for how to keep your order protected.
