we get most.

Short answers first. Open one for the full steps when you need the detail.

  • How are buyers protected?

AimJunkies holds your payment in escrow and pays the seller only after your order is delivered and the buyer-protection period for that item has passed. The period depends on the kind of item and is shown on the offer before you pay. If something is wrong, report it from the order in your dashboard before the period ends: our staff review it and a refund comes back from the held funds, not from a seller who has already cashed out. Refunds go to your AimJunkies Wallet.

  • What if my key is invalid or fails to activate?

Tell us as soon as you notice: open the order in your dashboard and report the problem there (if you cannot find it, open a Support Hub ticket). Software can be refunded in full until its first activation. Anything else is reviewed by our staff, who decide a full refund, a partial refund, or a release to the seller; refunds go to your Wallet.

  • How do I confirm that I received my order?

Once an item is delivered, check it and press Confirm received on the order, or in the order chat. If you do nothing, the item is confirmed automatically: 72 hours after delivery for most items, 72 hours after the scheduled session for coaching, and 7 days after arrival for shipped goods. Software access is confirmed on delivery. Confirming does not end your protection: the protection window starts from that moment.

  • How long does buyer protection last for each item?

Each kind of item has its own window, shown on the offer before you pay: NFA account 1 day, Steam key 3 days, gift card 4 days, Full Access account 14 days, gold and items 5 days, top-ups 7 days, boosting 7 days, coaching 7 days, DMA card 14 days. Courses and Discord VIP can be refunded within 3 days until you open them. Software (cheats, spoofers, firmware, offsets, configs) is refundable until its first activation or download, and time is added back to your access while a product is down. A seller may offer a longer window, never a shorter one.

  • How do I open a dispute?

Open the order and press Dispute, or use the button in the order chat, any time from delivery until the protection window ends. Say what is wrong and attach your evidence. The dispute stops every timer and keeps the payment held. The seller has 24 hours to answer in the order chat and can settle by agreeing a refund; if you cannot agree, an AimJunkies staff member reviews the chat and our records and decides: full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller. Refunds go to your Wallet.

  • What if the seller does not deliver on time?

Every offer a seller delivers shows a delivery time. If it passes without delivery, cancel the item from the order and you get a full refund to your Wallet, without needing the seller’s agreement. If the offer needs details from you (a player ID, a character name or a shipping address), the time counts from when you gave them.

  • Where do account details go in an order?

Only in the order’s secure field, never in a chat message. The seller writes the login and recovery details there and the buyer opens them from the order when ready. The field is encrypted, never shown in notifications, emails or Discord messages, and writing and opening it are recorded. Keep every deal in the order chat: anything agreed outside AimJunkies is not protected. See the Order Chat Rules.
